About the role:

  • Part-time
    : 30 hours per week across 5 days
  • 1 flexible work-from-home day
     per week
  • Immediate start
     available
  • Phone allowance
     included

As our Roster Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations — ensuring participants receive consistent, reliable support and our team of workers are scheduled efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain rosters for support workers and participants
  • Respond to shift changes, cancellations, and urgent scheduling needs
  • Communicate clearly with staff, participants, and families
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure quality and continuity of care

You'll bring:

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or admin (disability or care sector preferred)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for people
