
Property Coordinator

We are currently seeking Property Coordinator to join our new Property Operations team. Reporting to our Remodelling Project Manager this role offers:
- Permanent, full-time employment
- Based in our office on Hay Street, West Perth
- Flexible working arrangements including the opportunity to work from home once established
About the role
Your primary focus is to support the efficient operation of property facilities services through structured processes and administrative oversight. The role coordinates internal workflow management and collaboration to ensure responsive and well-organised service delivery.
Duties will include:
- Assist in coordinating daily workflows and task tracking systems.
- Provide administrative support including document management, system updates, and support with reporting.
- Help monitor property expenditure and ensure budget alignment.
- Support cross-team collaboration with internal departments and assist in managing property surveys, reporting, and operational data collection.
About you
- 1-2 years' experience in facilities management or property management.
- Basic knowledge of legislation, policies, and guidelines related to contracts, facilities, and asset management.
- Some experience in developing and evaluating procedures, policies, and guidelines, as well as information management systems.
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on evidence-based reporting and recommendations.
- Effective planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
