Property Maintenance Estimator / Supervisor

No two days are the same Varied role in and out of the office

We're looking for a motivated professional with a wide range of property maintenance and renovation projects experience.

What We're Looking For:

-Demonstrated experience in building construction, renovations, and home maintenance

-Proven expertise in estimating and quoting jobs

-Ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions

-Strong communication and management skills

-Proficiency with computers and job management systems

-Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control

-A proactive approach to problem-solving and organisation

-Eligibility to obtain a current National Police Clearance and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Role includes but not limited to;

Estimation of job costs and provide accurate quotes to our clients

Oversee and coordinate property maintenance projects and large renovations

Supervise trades and liaise with our Scheduler to ensure quality and efficiency

Organise materials and resources as required

Oversee and manage work orders, project schedules and within clients budget

Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality outcomes

Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job

Communicate effectively with staff, property managers, owners, and sub-contractors

Ensure each project is run in a timely manner and within budget

Require a reliable vehicle and necessary tools, iPhone or iPad preferably
