Our client "Wright Real Estate Doubleview" is seeking a Lead Property Manager to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties, coordinating inspections, maintenance, and tenant communication to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to address issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Investment Advice: Provide expert guidance to landlords on maximizing returns and maintaining their investment properties.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and minimize vacancy periods.
  • Property Marketing: Assist in marketing and leasing vacant properties to attract quality tenants.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small, friendly property management team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
Who are they looking for?
  • Extensive Experience: At least 5 years in residential property management, preferably in a leadership role, to bring valuable insights and expertise to the team.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
  • Portfolio Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a property portfolio and lead a team of property management professionals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using property management software, specifically Property Tree & Inspection Express, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of property management and client service to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
