Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Perth, WA, for a Real Estate Sales Cadet. The Sales Cadet will assist with a variety of tasks, including providing administrative support, maintaining property listings, coordinating appointments, and supporting day-to-day real estate operations. The role involves direct interaction with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service, organizing schedules, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and team members
  • Real Estate knowledge and familiarity with industry practices.
  • Proficiency in using relevant real estate and office management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector and relevant certifications are a plus
