Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning & Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is a mix of hands-on cleaning work and overseeing the day-to-day operations of larger cleaning sites. The ideal candidate is organised, confident working independently, and comfortable coordinating small teams or contractors as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete routine cleaning tasks across assigned commercial and residential sites.
  • Oversee operations at larger cleaning sites, ensuring work is completed to TCS standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for site queries, issues, and task scheduling.
  • Conduct site walk-throughs and quality checks.
  • Coordinate equipment, supplies, and task allocation for each site.
  • Train or guide new cleaners working on larger jobs.
  • Report any issues, maintenance needs, or client requests to management.
  • Ensure safety procedures and cleaning protocols are followed.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibility.
  • Reliable transport and ability to carry basic cleaning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Willingness to work some after-hours or flexible shifts as needed.
