Position Overview

We're seeking an Assistant Property Manager and an Administration Coordinator to champion an exceptional tenant and stakeholder experience. This role bridges traditional property management with specialised support for people living with disabilities, adopting a supportive landlord model.

We're seeking someone who wants to develop their skills and professional competence and we'll support you every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the smooth day-to-day management of specialised residential properties
  • Assisting in the leasing process, including viewings
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with contractors
  • Communicating with tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting lease preparation, renewals, and inspections
  • Maintaining property records and systems
  • Helping out with rent collection and basic administration

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone with great organisational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Effective communication — both written and verbal
  • Experience in property management or real estate administration is highly regarded
  • A genuine interest in building a career in property management

Successful candidates will be required to pass probity checks, including an NDIS Worker check and hold a WA Drivers License. Applicants must have full work rights in Australia.
