Ray White Commercial WA is experiencing strong growth and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 
Commercial Property Manager
 to join our award winning Property Management team.

Working closely with a supportive and high performing team, you will gain valuable industry knowledge and hands on experience across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial assets located throughout Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step and build a rewarding career in Commercial Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with key stakeholders, ensuring assets are managed to a high standard
  • Lease administration, including data entry and document tracking
  • Prepare and manage annual property budgets
  • Annual outgoings reconciliations and audit processes
  • Monthly landlord reporting
  • Coordinate rent reviews
  • Manage arrears and liaise with tenants on payment matters
  • Contribute to facilities management and ensure assets are maintained to a high standard
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Conduct regular property inspections and prepare condition reports
  • Perform general administrative duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Commercial or Residential Property Management
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, can do attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply relevant property legislation and regulations
  • Excellent organisational skills with the confidence to make decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (experience with Cirrus 8 will be advantageous)
