Pathways Administration Coordinator

The Hockey NSW Pathways Administration Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Pathways and Performance team who manage the Hockey NSW State Teams and the Athlete Development and Pathways programs. The role will be based out of the Hockey NSW Head Office at Sydney Olympic Park, however Hockey NSW operates a flexible working policy in terms of location.

Hockey NSW encourages applications from candidates who can provide relevant experience or demonstrate knowledge and competency around fulfilling the key responsibilities of this role, including:

  • Strong administrative skills including across the MS suite of programs
  • Program/project management experience
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with, manage and build relations with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Capacity to work collaboratively.
  • Logistics, planning, scheduling, booking travel and accommodation
  • Coordination of key personnel
  • Timely and accurate communication of information
  • Ordering, managing, coordinating uniforms, apparel, and equipment
  • Experience in talent identification and pathway programs
