Pathways Coordinator

EML is a leading **Workers Compensation** and **Personal Injury Claims Management** business.

This will be a full-time contract position based in the Parramatta area with flexibility to work from home.

This role provides high quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims caused by alleged workplace conflict. You will facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support timely recovery and return to work.

You will resolve workplace conflict that has resulted in psychological injury claims by using your conflict resolution or mediation skills with relevant stakeholders.

This role also involves working closely with case managers to develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Facilitating workplace discussions or conflict resolution
  • Identifying and resolving problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums
