Regional Pathway Coordinator Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee and deliver Regional Matchplay Series, Tennis Country Series, Regional State League, and Regional Zone Squads.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for host venues, including entries, draws, and results publishing.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder feedback and engagement to inform the evolution of the Regional Pathway.
  • Lead delivery and promotion of all Regional Pathway Competitive Play Opportunities.
  • Develop and showcase NSW Regional players, programs, and competitions aligned with marketing strategy.
  • Organise education for Volunteers and Officials through workshops and other formats using Tennis Australia resources.
About You
  • Proven experience in tennis event management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills and report-writing abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for one-on-one and public speaking situations.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
