The role:

Lifestyle Coordinators are part of Allied Health, and work together with various stakeholders to design, coordinate and implement recreational activities for our Residents. You will be a beacon of leadership and motivation to your team - which consist of recreational officers, activity nurses, and other related staff like bus drivers. You will be responsible for ensuring our facilities have a lot of great and fun activities for our Residents, from bingo nights and painting/music classes, through to bus outings and exercises classes.

About you:

  • Fun, outgoing, energetic
  • Relevant qualification or training in lifestyle/leisure/health
  • Aged-care experience highly regarded
  • Experience in implementing lifestyle programs and activities for Residents
  • Experience in leading a team
