Sourdough Business Pathways is a not-for-profit organisation supporting businesses in the Northern Rivers region to start up, skill up and scale up through our startup programs, business skills workshops, mentoring, and Sourdough Business Women's pathways.
Our focus is on **collaboration for conscious business** and the role is based in the beautiful Byron Shire with activities across the Northern Rivers region.
You will be joining a committed, inspired, and empowered team and will become part of a vibrant, supportive community.
**About the role**:
We are extending our services and need to grow our team. We are looking for someone to:
- Support the General Manager and the SBP team with day-to-day administration support.
- Coordinate the smooth running of the SBP office.
- Efficiently coordinate events and workshops relating to the Sourdough Innovation Hub, SBP Business Skills Workshops, the Entrepreneurship Facilitator Program, and selected education events, regional events, and networking meet ups.
The role will be full time, although we are also open to job sharing.

- Being a point of contact for a range of staff including the SBP team, partners, suppliers, and members of the SBP community
- Coordinating event venues, speakers, entertainment, a/v, etc
- On occasion, attend events, set-up registration tables, banners, basic a/v, pack down etc.
- Filing and records management
**About you**:
- Experience with social media, Canva, Mailchimp, Humanitix, Survey Monkey, and/or similar products and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to undertake a range of tasks and work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Experience working with a not for profit and/or community education organisation is desirable
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration would be a plus
