About the role

You will own the Accounts Payable function, processing invoices across multiple subsidiaries and working closely with suppliers, retail partners and internal teams. This role suits someone organised, accurate and confident in their understanding of debits, credits and how entries flow through the ledger. It is not an entry-level position and is best suited to someone who enjoys AP as their core focus.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the accounts inbox and responding to queries
  • Processing invoices and credit notes across several entities
  • Processing credit notes from major retail partners
  • Reviewing employee expenses and reconciling corporate credit cards
  • Supporting intercompany processing and assisting with month end

What we are looking for

  • Experience in Accounts Payable in a busy environment
  • Solid understanding of the General Ledger
  • Comfortable working across multiple entities
  • Strong communication skills and a helpful, collaborative approach
  • Reliable, organised and able to own the AP function
  • Excel and multicurrency experience are helpful but not essential
