About the Role

Accounts Payable Officer
to manage key finance operations and contribute to the smooth running of our business.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a confident, pleasant manner. You'll be working in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and your growth is supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including:
  • Setting up new suppliers in Oracle Fusion
  • Processing invoices with and without purchase orders
  • Creating Payments for approval on a fortnightly basis
  • Monthly download and distribution of corporate credit card statements
  • Following up on corporate card entries
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Respond to internal enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and senior managers to achieve organisational goals
  • Keep stakeholders informed of work progress and contribute to team consensus

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 programs
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable accepting responsibility
  • Team-oriented with a positive and confident attitude
