The Role
We're looking for a motivated leader to join our Service Delivery team as a Housing Coordinator. In this role, you'll lead a team of Housing Officers to deliver strong tenancy outcomes and better housing experiences for our tenants. You'll coach and mentor staff, build a positive team culture, and ensure we meet key tenancy KPIs including sustainment, engagement, and vacancy turnaround.
You'll also play a key role in connecting with our local St Vincent de Paul Society Conferences and community partners, fostering collaboration that strengthens tenant support and builds social impact across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances people management, tenancy oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a Permanent - Full time Position (38 hours per week) based in South Brisbane.
To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience in property and tenancy management services, community housing programs or related discipline or similar position
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with advanced aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Developed interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and personal aptitude for attention to detail
- Ability to work with a diverse range of key stakeholders
- Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society
