The Front of House Administrator | Client Services is at the heart of Arup's Queensland offices, creating a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor and client. This role blends hospitality and organisational skills, supporting events, meeting setups, catering, and office services while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. It's a dynamic opportunity to be the friendly first point of contact and a vital part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
The Opportunity
- Based on the front desk 5 days per week, you will welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Assist with presentation and setup of meeting rooms, event spaces, and reception areas as required.
- Assist with catering and amenities for meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
- Assist Client Services Coordinator with internal and external events.
- Assist Office Services with ad hoc administrative task.

Is this role right for you?
- Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Previous reception or customer service experience.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- & Concur experience advantageous
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments.
- Effective written communication and writing skills.
