Brisbane Tank Manufacturing specialises in the fabrication of stainless steel products with expertise in industries as diverse as dairy, mining, commercial, beverage and hospitality.

The company has experienced unprecedented growth and we find we are now able to offer a far wider range of manufacturing services to the market place.

This means we are looking for a number of staff to support our growth.

We are seeking motivated personnel with experience to join our team at our busy Clontarf metal workshop.

Boilermaker with Tank Fabrication experience will be highly regarded.

We are looking for full-time position to the right applicants.

The applicant would require -

  • Proficiency in TIG/MIG with purge welding experience and tank building highly regarded
  • An OPEN driver's licence, and
  • Construction card.

General duties within the workshop will include -

  • Fabrication of Stainless Steel tanks and general Engineering equipment
  • Use of general hand power tools
  • Operate machines e.g saws, guillotines, brake press
  • Assemble products
  • MIG/TIG welding of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Duplex Steels
  • Finishing & Polishing of Stainless Steel will be highly regarded
  • Reading & Understanding of fabrication drawings
  • Must be able to work as part of a team, and independantly
  • Position will also include some site work & some overtime.

Successful applicants should possess their own reliable vehicle, Hi Vis shirt and steel cap boots.

We envision the applicant joining our team will be able to work to a high standard and with minimal supervision.
