**Requirements**:

- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications.
- Proven experience in boiler making and metal fabrication.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Sheet Metal Trades**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery to cut, bend, and shape metal sheets.
- Weld or join metal pieces to assemble components.
- Conduct inspections to ensure products meet required standards.

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualifications in sheet metal work or related field.
- Proficiency in operating sheet metal machinery and tools.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.

**2nd Class Welders**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding operations to join metal components.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints and diagrams.
- Conduct inspections to identify defects and ensure welding integrity.

- Proven experience as a welder with a strong welding portfolio.

**Machine Operators**:

- Operate and maintain machinery used in the manufacturing process.
