Bridgeman are widely known and respected as being industry leaders in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum design, fabrication and installation.  We are certified as a Structural and Non-Structural manufacturing and installation establishment, and we specialise in delivering end-to-end solutions.

We employ over 80 production staff, consisting of highly skilled tradespeople, sheet metal workers, boiler makers, site installers and apprentices in our 3 establishments across Queensland.   Our Brendale workshop is looking for experienced Sheet Metal Tradespeople to join the team.

At Bridgeman Brendale,we offer a modern, state of the art metal manufacturing facility with in-house laser cutting and multiple CNC Presses, that merge seamlessly with our design and drafting departments.  Our workshop is clean and organised and we pride ourselves on promoting an inclusive, friendly team culture.

What you will receive from Bridgeman:

· EBA RDO Calendar (26 RDOs / year)

· UNIFORMS PROVIDED  6 sets of uniforms (high vis/pants), steel cap boots and jacket

What we want from you:

· Trade certification in metal work / carpentry (or similar) highly desired

· Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Take pride in your work with excellent attention to detail and a focus on high quality

· Be reliable, consistent, and productive

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

· Self- motivated and pro-active with the ability to manage your self and your time efficiently

· Commitment to ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are implemented and followed
