WFH role with occasional travel to site
- Perm position Mon - Fri (7:30am - 4:00pm)
- Ideal role for welder/boilermaker looking to 'get off the tools'

The purpose of the Technical Support Representative is to focus on a specific existing customer base within their nominated region. The overall aim of the role is to continue developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors. Responsible for maintaining long-term key customers to comprehend their requirements by walking in their shoes and offering tailored solutions to their needs. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key site-based decision makers and effectively demonstrate the companies value to the clients
- Proactively contact site-based stakeholders to arrange any required support
- Conduct routine site-based inspections of Payload products
- Provide technical support and recommendations specific to site requirements
- Promoting the end-to-end maintenance capability of the company and work collaboratively with all the company's divisions to create business opportunities
- Proactively use sales management and reporting tools such as monthly reports, visit reports, and CRM
reporting to achieve business objectives
- Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology, and product delivery
- To identify and win work from opportunities from within the site/location to improve sustainability and growth

**Experience**:

- Would be suitable for an applicant with a background as a Welder or Boiler Maker looking to 'get off the tools' and into an Office environment
- Trade Certificate in Boilermaker/Welding or equivalent is desirable
- High level of motivation with the ability to work autonomously within a productive team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to fly to the field when onsite customer support is required
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills at all levels
