We're looking for a full time Administration Officerto join our South Melbourne team.

A day in the life

Leveraging your natural organisational skills, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of administrative activities that enable our trainers to teach and our students to learn (and graduate).

Whilst your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be key in diligently and accurately completing clerical duties like data entry and enrolment paperwork, it's your patience, maturity and considerate nature that will allow you to help our students with enquiries over the phone and in person.

Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work as a crucial part of our close-knit team in the South Melbourne office.

Must-haves

  • Experience in administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiar with registered training organisation (RTO) or vocational education and training (VET) environment
  • Knowledge of VETtrak student management software: 
  • Knowledge of the Smart and Skilled funding guidelines

Bonus points

  • Experience in the education sector
  • Experience using VETtrak software, including VT Docs
