Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Client-Focused Commercial Finance Broker
to manage the full client journey – from initial consultation and onboarding to ongoing relationship management. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to provide expert financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with new clients to understand their business needs and financial objectives.
  • Guide clients through the finance application and onboarding process efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities for additional finance solutions.
  • Collaborate with lenders and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of finance applications.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, applications, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on commercial finance products, market trends, and lender requirements.
  • Represent Broc Finance at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Key Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary however candidates with some prior experience in commercial finance or a related industry would be preferred.
  • Strong client-facing, consultative, and relationship management skills.
  • Candidates with knowledge of commercial lending, asset finance, and business financial solutions would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks while maintaining high service standards.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or accounting are an advantage.
