**Role Description & Responsibilities**

This is a **full-time** on-site role for a **Mortgage Advisor/Broker** at **Finnciti Pty Ltd** in **Bella Vista,** NSW. The Mortgage Advisor/Broker will be responsible for sourcing new clients to Finnciti, conducting discovery meetings, providing expert lending advice & offering appropriate tailored mortgage solutions.

**Salary Range**: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum

**The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Meeting clients to determine the specific financial requirements of clients, and researching, comparing and reviewing available finance products to meet clients' requirements
- Analysing clients' financial status, discussing financial options and developing financial strategies.
- Recommending suitable mortgage products that meet the client’s needs and explaining loan features, terms and repayment obligations.
- Arranging home loan mortgages and other types of finance for clients through banks, lenders and financiers.
- Preparing documents which set out the conditions of finance, repayments and loan periods
- Broking complex and commercial leases, equipment finance, commercial finance, project finance and finance for property developers
- Follow compliance procedures, maintain accurate records and adhere to lending guidelines and other regulations.
- Providing ongoing support to clients after loan settlement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for future prospective business.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Australian mortgage industry.
- Required - Certificate IV in Mortgage/Finance Broking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant lending regulations and laws
- Knowledge of all types of residential loans.
- Knowledge of commercial, Asset finance, business and SMSF loans will be preferred
