**Responsibilities**:
- Provide clear instructions and support to customers to ensure timely and accurate document collection.
- Verify received documents to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Communicate any discrepancies or additional requirements to customers promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales and processing teams to ensure that verified documents are passed on for further processing.
- Assist with the collection of tax invoices for dealer sales or seller information for private sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document submissions.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
**Qualifications and Attributes**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, document collection, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

This is an office-based position at our Bella Vista location, with workdays scheduled from Monday to Friday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
