Role Description
This is a part-time/ Full -time hybrid role for an Operations Compliance Manager based in Bella Vista, NSW, with some work from home acceptable. The Operations Compliance Manager will be responsible for

  • Monitor and enforce regulatory compliance.
  • Streamline internal processes and workflows.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage audits.
  • Train staff on compliance and operational standards.
  • Report on compliance status and operational metrics.
  • Overview of Trust accounting processing
  • Manage Insurer, Steadfast and NIBA relationships
  • Support and grow AR network.

Other responsibilities include conducting regular audits, analysing data, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to maintain regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Effective Communication skills for clear stakeholder interactions
  • Operations Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the insurance industry and Insight CRM is a must
