**The Role**
Reporting to the Commercial Manager this role will see you working within a progressive and supportive team. Your roles and responsibilities will include (not limited too):

- Highly commercial role - cross functional collaboration with internal and external, finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Reporting, Analysis and Commercial - analysing performance to understand changes, providing commentary and identifying gaps
- SWOT Analysis - Risk & Opportunity
- Financial modelling support for projects and M&A activities
- Create plans, budgets, and forecasts by working closely with the sales & operational teams

You will be an experienced Finance Analyst / Business Partner with skills such as:

- Strong technical & commercial acumen & stakeholder management capabilities
- Have the tenacity and grit of negotiating, influencing & impacting finance and non-finance personals
- Experience from a large complex organisation or high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to question
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
