We are currently seeking a Professional Chef with a minimum of 7 years' experience, specializing in Italian culinary traditions. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and respected establishment where quality, innovation, and authenticity are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support kitchen operations within a team of culinary professionals
  • Design and execute traditional and modern Italian menus
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with management on seasonal menu development and cost control

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in professional kitchens, with a strong focus on Italian cuisine
  • Deep knowledge of Italian ingredients, cooking methods, and regional specialties
  • Ability to support a kitchen team with professionalism and efficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus
  • Sponsorship available for the right candidate
