The Chef de Partie position will also provide a great opportunity for you to shine working with very experienced new and existing staff, who are full of personality and great to work with, they are also delivering high quality fantastic food to our local community and visitors alike

As Chef de Partie you'll be perfect for the role if you:

  • Show passion for delivering high quality cuisine maintaining consistency.
  • Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet company's standards
  • Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained within the kitchen
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Possess organisational ability including time management, task prioritisation and resource scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety procedures including knowledge of HACCP.
  • Are flexible with working hours (including weekend and public holidays).
  • Have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Have a confident and outgoing personality with high level of verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative and creative approach to cooking.
  • Thorough understanding of food safety requirements.
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
  • Experience with training junior chefs and trainees
