The Job:

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with Chefs to ensure all mise-en-place is completed promptly and to high standards.

– Maintain the quality and presentation of dishes, adhering to recipe standards.

– Accept direction and coaching to continuously improve skills and performance.

– Maximize efficient resource usage in stock management.

– Participate in stocktakes as required and practice effective stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.

– Follow all opening, closing, and changeover procedures within the kitchen.

– Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene policies.
