In the shadows of The Belongil emerges Feu, a world-class theatre of flame, emotion and sensation. Aiming to be one of Australia's finest restaurants, Feu will serve a local multi-course menu tailored to the Northern Rivers, with some of the best ingredients Australia has to offer. At Feu you will find a unique dining experience like no other - a visceral exploration of the fire element.

Feu is hiring for fine-dining's greatest - creative, energetic and inspired team members who can think outside the box and are eager to learn. We're building a multi-level team, looking for individuals with a background in hospitality on all levels. We are looking for excellence here, serving a hospitality experience like no other.

The Opportunity

We are assembling a full team ahead of our November 2025 opening. These are permanent, full-time roles in one of Australia's most ambitious new dining projects.
