About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Chief Growth Officer (CGO). This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, can anticipate needs, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the right hand to the CGO, ensuring they can focus on high-level growth strategy while you handle the details that make it all possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Manage the CGO's complex calendar across multiple time zones, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries.
  • Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CGO, ensuring clear, timely communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organise agendas, prepare briefing documents, take notes, and track follow-ups to keep growth initiatives moving forward.
  • Project Coordination: Support special projects, partnerships, and initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Data & Reporting: Assist with pulling together reports, presentations, and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for senior stakeholders, partners, and clients, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to increase the CGO's effectiveness and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role (experience supporting a C-level executive highly preferred).
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities shift.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and HubSpot.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs before they arise.
