Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are on the hunt for a junior-level marketer, looking to develop their skills and forge a career in the Digital Marketing industry. This hybrid role will involve flexible in-office, and remote work opportunities.

You - a motivated individual with a desire to make a start in the digital marketing space. Whether you are new to digital marketing, a recent graduate, someone who has dabbled in digital on the side and wants to make a career out of it, or a marketer looking to transition to the world of digital, this role would be ideally suited for you.

Eagerness to learn, accountability, high attention to detail, and the ability to be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, verbally and in writing, will be highly regarded.

**What will the role entail?**
- An all-round role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Undergoing training across the scope of digital marketing services offered by nimbl, including one-on-one mentoring with the senior members of our team.
- Offering assistance across Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Ads campaign management, Social Media, basic design services, and other digital tasks.
- Account management, reporting of results and opportunities, and direct client contact.
- The opportunity to use initiative, and work both autonomously, and as part of a tight-knit team.

Skills and experience:

- No prior employment experience required.
- An understanding of marketing principles is a must.
- An interest in digital marketing.
- Eagerness to learn - but also display high levels of initiative.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage several projects and stakeholders.
- Tech literate and has intermediate knowledge of using Word, Excel, etc.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
