**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon Specialist. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimisation of our Amazon storefronts, from product listings and advertising to inventory planning, with the goal of driving sales, profitability, and brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, including product listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute effective PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display); analyse performance data and optimize for ROAS.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and propose new strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, and inventory levels; prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage inventory replenishment with Amazon (e.g., FBA) and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure inventory health.
- Address customer inquiries, respond to product reviews, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon platform policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

**About You (Requirements)**:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Proven expertise in Amazon Advertising platforms with a track record of managing successful PPC campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the Australian market is highly regarded.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is highly desirable.
