**Job Title: Business Administrative & Operations Assistant**

**Employment Type**:Casual (with potential to move to Part-Time or Full-Time)

**Location**:Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne VIC

**Industry**:Bathroom & Kitchen Supplies

We are in the process of launching a business in the Bathroom & Kitchen Supplies sector and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organised individual to support the daily operations and administrative tasks of the business.

This role will start as casual and has the potential to become part-time or full-time based on performance.

Ability to communicate in **Persian (Farsi)** is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make necessary phone calls to suppliers, agents, and other external parties
- Answer incoming calls to the company
- Attend supplier meetings and assist with live translation and communication
- Place and track orders with suppliers
- Follow up on order status and delivery timelines
- Assist online and walk-in customers as required
- Handle general administrative and operational support tasks, including assisting with finding a showroom, warehouse, or office space if needed
- Help with setting up essential services such as electricity, gas, internet, etc.
- Accompany the company manager for site visits or supplier meetings when required

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate in Persian (Farsi) is mandatory.
- English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to understand business needs and communicate them clearly.
- Strong organisational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) is an advantage

**Position Details**:

- Casual employment to start (15-20 hours per week)
- Immediate start available

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Language**:

- Persian (Farsi) (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
