STE Advantage is an electrical/electronic trades company in Knoxfield, and we are seeking an administrative assistant to join our growing company.

Supporting the management team, you will:

  • Keep support software up to date (CRM/JMS etc).
  • Help support our team of technicians.
  • Maintain inventory systems, including stock control and preparation of parts for works.
  • Attend meetings and assist senior management with administrative tasks.
  • Answer calls/emails, etc., and liaise with and develop relationships with clients.
  • Maintain service/project information and update manuals and drawings, assist with remote support database works.
  • Assist with various other office duties as required, including supporting field staff with mandatory paperwork.
  • Process incoming quote requests, & assist with the costing, design and preparation of detailed quotations and proposals.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft and Adobe products.
  • A strong willingness to learn and a mature attitude.
  • 1-2 years of previous administration experience in the electrical industry is highly regarded but not essential. New entrants will be considered.
  • Be well-presented, enthusiastic, and with a flexible, "can-do" attitude.
  • Have a driver's licence.

Mandatory requirements:

Candidates must be able to obtain a working with children check and all required security licences and/or security vetting on a national level.

Due to on site stock handling requirements, this is an on-site role; WFH options are not offered with this position.
