Our client is a global leader in the supply and distribution of high-end Consumer Goods products.

The company is continuing to go from strength to strength and are seeking to employ an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team in Melbourne's South East.

Reporting to the DC Manager, your focus in this role will include:

- Compliance including daily reconciliation and recording of all outbound manifests against pick slips; developing SOPs and workflow for policy rollout; managing all inbound and outbound traffic and booking timeslots; reconciliation of orders to ensure all orders are invoiced daily and followed up; and digitisation of documents and records storage.
- Planning including inbound and outbound volumes of containers, trucks, pallets etc into the DC; working closely with the Inventory Controller to support and comply with the stock put away plan; monitoring DC/3PL capacity and mix; assisting labour planning; and organising maintenance for all plant, equipment, materials, building and other services.
- Freight including coordinate the bookings and collections of consignments for clients; coordinating reverse logistics from customers; updating bookings in the transport software systems; and reporting.
- OH&S including maintaining a safe environment at all times by complying with SOPs and policies in the DC; oversight for Chain of Responsibility for 3rd party transport companies; ensuring checklists for MHE have been completed and non-conformance reported; and hazard reporting.
- 2 years warehouse experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to take initiative and a 'can do' positive attitude.
- Conscientious with a commitment to fulfilling assigned tasks to standard.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and follow process.
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Intermediate IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
