Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking to grow with a stable and friendly company.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the role may involve communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
  • Manage office filing systems, documentation, and records
  • Assist with order processing, data entry, and updating client information
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries, installations, and appointments
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding orders and stock
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the management and production team
  • Maintain a tidy and organised office environment
Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly desirable
  • High school certificate or equivalent; business administration qualifications are a plus
