Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking to grow with a stable and friendly company.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the role may involve communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
- Manage office filing systems, documentation, and records
- Assist with order processing, data entry, and updating client information
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, installations, and appointments
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding orders and stock
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the management and production team
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly desirable
- High school certificate or equivalent; business administration qualifications are a plus
