The Role:

We are seeking inspection / field agent support for our successful Property Management team. You will be responsible day to day for supporting the team with administration tasks and on-site property tasks.

You will be well supported by an experienced and passionate General Manager, Trust Account Manager, Property Managers and other Routine Inspectors along with our admin team.

A day in the life:

  • Providing a high level of communication and to the team
  • Perform ingoing and outgoing and routine inspections
  • Building and maintaining relationships with tenants and the internal team
  • Some maintenance management
  • Support and training in Lease renewals
  • Process and finalise applications for potential tenants

Skills and experience:

As this role has a strong emphasis on ensuring that properties are expertly managed, the perfect candidate will enjoy the challenge of providing thorough communication and reporting which exceed industry standards.  The successful applicant will also exhibit outstanding time management skills.  Other skills required are:

  • Minimum 1 years+ industry experience preferable
  • Current Real Estate Certificate or willing to obtain one
  • Have a current driver's licence
  • Have a professional telephone manner and be well-groomed
  • Passion for the industry and desire to work with fun, collaborative team
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Communicate positively with all stakeholders
  • Experience in programs such as PropertyMe, IRE and Realworks is advantageous
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
