  • Each year we prepare detailed meeting notices and hold an Annual General Meeting

About the Role:

  • Managing a portfolio of unit complexes
  • Preparation of Annual General Meeting Notices (we strive for first class presentation)
  • Review of Financial Accounts for presentation to Annual General Meetings (this will involve carefully reviewing figures for accuracy)
  • Helping solve problems for owners and dealing with their enquiries (this will involve answering technical questions that owners, real estate agents and others will have)

More Details / Remuneration:

  • 4 day week - this is a fulltime role, but our team works on 4 day weeks. We work 30 hours a week, but strive for 100% productivity. We value work/life balance, so you have a three day weekend every weekend.
  • Based Onsite - free onsite carparking is available
  • Remuneration will be based on skills and experience and expected to be above Award

Qualifications/Employment History of the Successful Candidate:

  • Strong customer service background is essential - at least 3 years administrative experience (could be from fields such as bookkeeping, paralegal, accounting, property management)
  • A degree will be highly regarded, but not essential
  • Previous body corporate management experience is favorable, but not essential
  • Experience in administrative duties such as managing insurance, maintaining records, and implementing decisions
  • Must have valid Australian work rights or visa authorising employment in Australia
  • No prior experience with property management software required as comprehensive training will be provided

  • Strong organizational and secretarial skills
  • Excellent communication skills for handling correspondence and stakeholder interactions
  • A very high attention to detail (you must want to get things right first time and every time)
  • Fast keyboard entry skills
  • Great presentation in a professional office environment
  • Excellent telephone manner (a good clear voice is essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills
  • An ability to "think on the run" and solve problems for people
  • Good at following things up and not simply leaving things to chance
  • A positive attitude to customer service, including always remembering – "The client is always right" so you will always be striving to keep clients happy
