A leading residential accommodation provider in West St, Toowoomba—managing 144 units across General Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation—is seeking a Property Coordinator Assistant to join their small, efficient office. This is a 12-month contract with full training and support provided. Contract extension will be based on the operational needs at the time.
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face, that enhances and builds quality relationships with tenants.
- Excellent organisation and time management with a capacity for autonomy in carrying out set tasks.
- Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- A strong commitment to confidentiality and quality service.
- Confidence with data entry and proactive planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Tenant liaison and handling queries
- Phone and email correspondence
- Property inspections and condition reports
- RTA notices and form completion
- General administration and support tasks

Preferred Experience (Not Essential):
- Understanding of the rental property industry and/or customer service background
- Familiarity with RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) forms and procedures
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word (Experience with Realworks and PDF Studio is a plus)
