A leading residential accommodation provider in West St, Toowoomba—managing 144 units across General Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation—is seeking a Property Coordinator Assistant to join their small, efficient office. This is a 12-month contract with full training and support provided. Contract extension will be based on the operational needs at the time.

  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face, that enhances and builds quality relationships with tenants.
  • Excellent organisation and time management with a capacity for autonomy in carrying out set tasks.
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality and quality service.
  • Confidence with data entry and proactive planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tenant liaison and handling queries
  • Phone and email correspondence
  • Property inspections and condition reports
  • RTA notices and form completion
  • General administration and support tasks

Preferred Experience (Not Essential):

  • Understanding of the rental property industry and/or customer service background
  • Familiarity with RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) forms and procedures
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word (Experience with Realworks and PDF Studio is a plus)
