Established in 2024 to better support selling agents and pay them what they deserve. Unfortunately, we're not looking for rookies — we're seeking proven selling agents with a strong history of residential sales and a hunger to take their business to the next level.

About the Role

This is a commission-only opportunity for established agents who are confident in listing, negotiating, and closing deals independently. You'll have the flexibility to operate with autonomy while benefiting from internal admin support so you can focus on doing dollar productive activities - like connecting with potential sellers.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of residential real estate sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistent listings and settled sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • High level of self-motivation and accountability
  • Current Real Estate Registration or Licence (preferred)
  • Reliable vehicle and professional presentation
