Junior Receptionist

RealWay Property Partners is currently looking to recruit a Junior Receptionist for an immediate start. We are an energetic, hardworking team who are constantly striving to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

The position will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to have a real impact on the service that our clients receive. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Answering telephones
• Booking appointments and viewings for the team
• Filing, scanning and data base management
• Greeting customers and clients as the first point of contact in the office
• General administrative duties
• General tidying and maintenance of the office
• Supporting the Property Management and Sales team as required (Real Estate registration certificate desirable)

The successful candidate for this role must possess:

• A bubbly and people focussed personality , as you will be the face of our business to clients coming into our office
• A Queensland Drivers License
• Moderate to High level Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• An eye for detail
• A high standard of professional presentation
• A can-do attitude and be reliable
