At Emu Gully, our mission is simple but powerful: Shaping Great Australians. We do this through experiences that challenge, inspire, and build character in young people. Behind the scenes, it takes a strong operations team to make it all possible — and that's where you come in.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to take the lead on keeping our sites safe, functional, and ready to support life-changing programs. You'll be across everything from facilities and property to catering and compliance, working closely with managers and contractors to make sure the whole place runs smoothly.

This role is about connection as much as coordination. You'll spend your time planning projects, working with contractors and department managers, and making sure the right resources and systems are in place so our teams can do their best work. You'll be part of our senior leadership team, helping to shape how we grow and making sure our operations match our values and mission.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing facilities, catering, property, and compliance across our sites
  • Leading projects and infrastructure upgrades
  • Making sure we meet WHS and regulatory standards
  • Supporting program delivery with logistics and resources
  • Building strong, supportive teams and mentoring staff
  • Working with the Executive to plan for the future

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in operations, facilities, or project management
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate contractors
  • Practical knowledge of compliance and WHS requirements
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving
  • A collaborative, values-driven leader who thrives in a team culture
