Fox and Thomas is a progressive regional firm based in Goondiwindi in Southern Queensland where we practice in residential, commercial and rural conveyancing.

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our Property Team.  The role is based in Goondiwindi, however we offer a hybrid work arrangement, with the option to be based in our Brisbane office or remotely for the right candidate.

  • working closely with Senior Associates and Directors;

  • a friendly and supportive working environment.

You will be proactive, highly organised and efficient, with a clear focus on client service. Ideally, you will be a Commissioner for Declarations or Justice of the Peace (Qualified).

Key duties include:

  • handling residential property transactions end-to-end, including contract and disclosure preparation, settlements, and finalisation;
  • liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processes;
  • preparing and reviewing legal documents accurately and efficiently; and
  • maintaining organised file management and meeting deadlines.
