We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist
who is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees, ensuring our systems, devices, and applications are running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, troubleshooting problems, maintaining equipment, and helping our team work efficiently and securely.

You will also be involved in assisting with internal projects, client projects and IT related escalations as required. This relates to all technology which includes; SaaS applications, workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.

As an IT Support Specialist , you will be responsible for:

  • IT Projects & Administration
  • Security and access control maintenance as requested.
  • Reporting and security log auditing.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of staff.
  • Providing training and onboarding meetings.
  • Provide assistance and IT support for end users (remote, onsite, email, phone etc).
  • Provide assistance and IT support relating to issues with our systems and network infrastructure.
  • Maintain IT documentation (procedural and technical).
  • Internal IT Support
  • IT Maintenance
  • Various IT admin duties as required.
  • Directly reporting to IT Systems & Operations Administrator
  • Indirect/Dotted Line Report to Chief Technology Officer

Note: This is Part time, 3 days a week role (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and Windows environments
  • Experience with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom
  • Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, routers, VPNs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple requests
  • Experience with device management tools
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices (MFA, phishing prevention, access control)
  • You have strong organisational and time management skills
