The role with us

We are looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our high-performing APAC IT team. Reporting to the IT & C Manager, you will provide advanced technical support across Woolpert's business sectors. Based in our Woolpert Sydney CBD office, this role involves troubleshooting, asset management, documentation, and supporting IT infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving first and second tier level IT support requests
  • Responding to phone calls and e-mails through the Helpdesk from clients and internal staff regarding technical support issues (remedial or add, move and change)
  • Troubleshooting issues related but not limited to software, hardware, servers, routers, firewalls, peripherals and networking equipment.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in IT
  • 4+ years of experience with relevant responsibilities.
  • Working understanding of LAN and WAN environments and technologies
  • Experience with cloud technologies

With this role, the successful candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment background police test.

Desirable experience and qualifications

  • ITIL
  • MS365 qualifications
  • Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society
