We're looking for a
Coding Product Specialist
to join a expert team of health information professionals and data technology specialists. If you're passionate about clinical coding, health information management, product innovation, and client engagement, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

This is a hybrid role based in North Sydney, with flexibility to work from client locations and home.

What You'll Do

  • Provide subject matter expertise across coding products
  • Support product implementation, optimisation, and training
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Conduct ICD-10-AM coding audits and contribute to product development
  • Create user guides, training materials, and release documentation
  • Stay up to date with IHACPA guidelines and coding standards

What You'll Bring

  • Health Information Management or Clinical Coding qualifications
  • Eligible for HIMAA full membership
  • 5–10 years' experience in HIM/clinical coding
  • Auditing qualifications (La Trobe University or equivalent highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-AM and Activity Based Funding
