About the role

Responsible for the day-today smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to the General Manager. The role may require involvement in and ad hoc assignment and projects as required

How would you contribute

Point of contact with external vendors on office administration and the regular maintenance

Procurement of office and pantry supplies

Secretarial support including hotel/travel arrangement, visa applications

Assists in ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Experience
