Better Connected Community Services (BCCS) is a not-for-profit organisation supporting older people, their families, and carers across South Eastern Sydney. We are seeking an organised and compassionate Administration Officer to join our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) team.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of CHSP services.
- Be a first point of contact for client enquiries, offering respectful and timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate client records and support intake, referrals, and scheduling.
- Assist with compliance reporting, data entry, and funding requirements.
- Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners to improve services.
About you:
- Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in databases/CRMs.
- Understanding of aged care or community services (desirable).
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and making a difference.
